Antique Pair of large Crystal & Bronze Table Lamps. They are called Girondelles in french and are now electrified, although they began as candle lighting. These were used in the 18th and 19th century for candle lamps during the Louis XV and XVI through Nap III Periods when these were made in the classic Louis XV style. Originally they were gilt bronze, with the traditional harp centers. The gold has worn off. They have 2 pronged french plugs with american adapters included, the silk wrapped electric cords are about 8 to 10 feet long as they once topped 8 foot columns (see picture 2). This pair of antique girondelles complete with almost all original crystals is a rare find.
